All the machinery are under One Years warranty as per the warranty document provided at the time of installation. Company will arrange minimum 03 free services during warranty period. We have sufficient stocks of spare parts for machinery we distribute. At the end of warranty period the customer can select one of the options for future maintenance. i. To sign a service contract ii. Raise a job by calling the call centre when a breakdown occur. We provide free services even after warranty period on certain occasions looking at the customer records etc. Online technical support services are free of charge. Our promise is not to take more than 24 hours to repair a machine and we take maximum effort for that. We provide all the spare parts with a warranty and customers does not have to wait / parts come from China etc. as we have sufficient stocks.
